The Brook Inn changed hands on 7th April 2014. It's a family and dog-friendly pub just three minutes from the A38 and 10 minutes from Plymouth city centre, set in the picturesque village of Plympton St Maurice. The aim is to provide a variety of dishes on the menu, using local suppliers as much as possible. The pub prides itself on its support for live and local music, and also hosts lots of other activities like quiz nights, Tai Chi, line-dancing, watercolour art lessons, Murder Mystery nights (to name but a few). The Brook, at the heart of the community, is also an ideal venue to hold coffee mornings, meetings and charity events. It's "more than just a pub".
