I recently bought Escargot Pearls. Otherwise known as Snail Caviar. Very dubious to start with and i was pleasantly surprised. White in Colour, lightly garlic-grassy aftertaste. Very nice garniture to some fish/meat dishes. And 50% cheaper than other suppliers.
I dropped by to pick up my Caviar after I had looked at the website. Very nice location. Situated in a converted factory. Nice selection of Caviar and Truffles. Really great price. I recommend the Freshwater Beluga.
