the food is great, customer service was good too all the staff were friendly, the waffle I had was delicious and the prices were reasonable compared to other dessert shops in the area, the interior was quite comfortable as there were tables and chairs, but leather couches as well, I would like to visit their shop soon to buy a nice waffle with my family!

the food is pretty good and so is the atmosphere. the interior could be improved and th loud music gave me a headache. however the customer service was well worth the money. i was greeted as i entered and left and everyone was smiling. left my kids very happy and i would well recommend cravings.
