We attended the soft launch, while they were still ironing out service issues and had a 30 minute wait for food. Crusts were excellent and exactly the foldable pillowy texture that you get in Naples. I wasn’t crazy about the toppings on my Salsiccia & Frarielli. The fennel sausage was pleasant but the wild broccoli was overcooked. But hey, maybe that’s authentic. Every time I’ve ordered broccoli in Southern Italy it’s been overcooked for my taste.
