Firstly I’d like to express how disappointed I am in Temple Lounge, not only was the service appalling but so was the attitude me and a friend had received from all staff. After travelling a great distance of 2.6 miles to Canary Wharf, we was asked for ID, which I did not understand as it is simply a restaurant, it is not a Cannabis lounge in Amsterdam or a Club in Ibiza. As a paying customer I would have expected so much more from an establishment that is not only renowned but get such higher praise from the public. I wanted to share my feelings about Temple Lounge and I hope you do appreciate the advice I give. Thank you

The place is very good for shisha and some relaxation. I visit this place with my friend quite often. The issue is the time limit now and also the fact the everyone visiting the place must pay a minimum of 10.The daal soup is very nice here with a bit of pepper.temple special chicken is supposedly star as all of my friends are fans of it. The shakes are quite nice ! The mint tea here is pretty decent sized portion and also value for money. However with a few pics there are other items in the menu which are not as good and the place actually might just work as a shisha lounge with drinks and nibbles.

Service is non existent. Waited for 20 minutes at our table for someone to take our order after we finally decided to leave. They are quick to mention the cash only policy and time limit but fail to provide a good service. Won’t be coming here or recommending them.

The title says it all. The food is horrible, customer service is appalling and to top it off the shisha is abominable. Also, you’re forced to spend a minimum of 50! You’re better off going to a chicken shop to satisfy your hunger. The staff are unable to make decent shisha, it tastes burnt with no flavour. When we tried to complain, the host became aggressive so was unable to come up with a resolution.

Lack of service, don’t care about custom. I believe zamato have it perfectly right. It’s a shame because it’s a perfect location. Sheesha is equal to smoking on Edgware Road. It’s more coal than flavour.

I’m from Dubai and that says a lot when I say that this place truly reminded me of home. The food did, atleast. We ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and the hot chocolate along with pan kiwi sheesha and pink lemonade sheesha. The Shawarmas are the best I’ve had in London so far – I didn’t realize how much I missed the typical garlic sauce (Thoum) I can definitely vouch for everything else on the menu, people were ordering things and they just looked so good I would have ordered them myself but the shawarma was pretty filling. The hot chocolate was amazing which was perfect for the cold London weather. I think although that the sheesha could be a little better – the coal died too fast and no one was bothered to change it as often. Pink lemonade wasn’t that good of a flavor also. But definitely you should go for the food and drinks!

Went there for lunch with my mates and ordered their chicken sandwich, hummus with chilies and chocolate shakes. The food was good and so were the shakes. The lemon mint juice wasn’t that great and could have been better.Service is OKAY and views from this place are good as well. This is not your regular road side joint where you’ll find people smoking the pipe away.Just remember, next time.. Either have a waiter tell me the minimum order or have a thing placed in the front. Don’t have your waiter run to me to welcome me and instead tell me the minimum spend is whatever. That’s just cheap and will definitely make me think twice if I want to revisit. Must try: Hummus with chilliesDamage: ~60 quid for tea, shakes, food, and their main item x 2.Go again: Yes. If they serve better.
