Not a very great restaurant. Except breads, nothing is authentically indian. Service is decent, but doesn’t matter if the food is not up to the mark.
Worst restaurant… waiters attitude is rude…they do not treat Indians with respect…never visit…very slow service…they behave as if they are doing us a favour by serving us…
Never visit the restaurant. The attitude of the staff is too demeaning towards Indians. The food is not of the world either. It might just spoil your night.
Worst restaurant…food is not good Worst restaurant ever visited in London …food is awful and tasteless .The owner is super rude and he won’t talk to you as a customer. The service is slow and it takes 20 mins to get your food..Me and other office colleagues felt completely disappointed after the Lunch…and they charge you for chopped onions ..lol who does that …Not good
Disappointed. Service was extremely slow and food was below average. Vegetable Samosas and Roti were probably frozen items as well as most vegetables in the dishes. Chicken Tikka Masala was a strange bright red color and had an odd taste and texture. Maybe I’m just not used to the Pakistani version, but it wasn’t what I expected. I would not recommend with so many other options to choose from.
Poor customer service. We ordered a takey away that they messed up. When we phoned them up and started explaining what happend they hunged up. That’s a poor customer service…
Never again would I order drom the takeaway.Odered a whole fish which arrived inedible…burnt to a crisp. As a regular customer I called to ask for either a replacement or refund (even took pictures to send to them if needed) spoke to the manager who was agressive, rude and started swearing down the phone…to the point my husband took the phone to se what was going on with the manager. He was soo rude it was uneeal..going as far as saying ‘ I have 1000 customers. ..what do I care if I lose u’ disgusting behaviour. Never would I use this restaurant again.
