we came to orpington for a family gathering ,and i found this cafe on the net,we didn’t fancy paying 8.99 for breakfast and i knew the tea tree were reasonable.it,s a very warm cosy atmospherewe were made to feel welcome by the friendly staff,the meals were served promptly and were fantastic ,very tasty.we will come back next time we are down this way,highly reccomendedjohn freeman
I stumbled upon this cafe quite by chance. I was standing in the queue at Burger King and thought they were understaffed and I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer.I walked a few doors down and saw the menu from outside. It took no time at all deciding to have the number 3 breakfast with tea and toast. The placing of the tables was sociable but pleasant for sitting alone too. The warmth in the dining area was just right and I was sat by a radiator and looked out on the high street. The timing was superb and everything about the breakfast food was perfect…. but (and this is a big wobbly but) the mushrooms were much colder than the rest of the food. But because it was so delicious and fresh tasting, it didn’t detract from the enjoyment at all. With hot mushrooms, this would’ve been a 5 out of 5, unquestionably.
