This is one brand that has never been a let down no matter which one I go to and the food has always been the spot of the night and the to die for cocktails. The service is amazing and friendly.
Against my better judgement I decided to give this place a second chance. BIG MISTAKE. The food here is awful and extremely poor value for money. I ordered Salmon Al Forno – the salmon was bland and my veg simultaneously over and under cooked. The ‘buttered baby potatoes’ were neither baby nor buttered. My friends chicken burger was so bland she gave up half way through. On arrival we were given a long list of dishes which were not available (I suspect a broken freezer) and there ware only 2 wait staff for the whole restaurant. Never again.
Wow…a decent restaurant serves some great food n cocktails..situated in the wembley outlet mall…is just a gr8 place to relax after a tiring shopping session.. beware of the rush hours or xmas season…tip is to book it before else be prepared to wait for getting a table.. we did wait a good 30 mins but it was worth the wait.. ordered bread basket with margarita on a chilly dec eve
I happen to be here to try vegetarian food. I ordered pizza and garlic bread which was not up to my expectations . The only good part about it being you get 25 percent with Cineworld card. The service is okay. Not worth the price you pay.
Decided to eat at frankie an bennys this evening .. drinks were lovely got the wings for starters and they looked lovey but they were freezing cold in the center and the bone was also sent them back as they werent cooked properly and was dissapointed as the wings are cooked from frozen. The mains ribs & chips with slaw was nice same they ran out of colslaw in a monday night is also dissapointing . This is the sencont time iv been here and both times iv had problems with food. So keep an eye out of eating here.
After being in awe of the awesome stadium we took a walk to the nearby complex there were tempting offer such as the tgifriday but we surged on and made our way to Frankie, it was very quiet and there were only about one or 2 other tables we received a very warm welcome from our waiter who upon seating us we discovered is Italian it was a lovely experience as it is a new York Italian bistro. I am a big fan of Italian food and this did not disappointed I had the mostl amazing 3 course meal ended with coffee and a lovely chat with our waiter. I love the atmosphere and that authentic Italian feel. We were also taught how to properly pronounce calzone
Very very average … Emergency lunch , their garlic bread is like a cheese pizza … Which was the best part of our meal . We ordered for a mixed grill. The steak was very chewy , the chicken was very dry , there was a grilled mushroom which was okay … Sausages were bad .. You can’t normally go wrong with sausages but here we are at frankie & benny ‘s .
