Well worth a trip!. Myself and my partner have been going here for the past three years, seen some negative reviews but we`ve never had any problems. From the name you might think it is a gimmicky themed place but far from it, it`s run by a woman who spent several years in Mexico, and she has soaked up alot of positives from there. The menu has a good variety of meals but it isn`t massive which is always a good sign, (I always avoid places with huge menus!), The food is freshly cooked so have to wait maybe 30 minutes, but you are told, and it`s worth the wait, very tasty. Unlike somewhere like Nandos, it isn`t greasy. The decor tries to suggest a Mexican theme but isn`t in your face. Most of the tables are for two to four people but they will accomodate parties if told in advance. In the week you might be able to just walk in if it`s quiet, if you have to wait you are seated in a nice area at the back with sofas and served drinks. On a saturday it would be best to book in advance they are busy then, but anytime the staff are very friendly, all in all no complaints. Closed sunday and monday, open 6-10, tuesday- saturday, give them a go!
