Great coffee, warm friendly atmosphere, always clean and well kept- often big chains lose the quality of smaller coffee shops and their appeal but coffee #1 is the perfect example of how it should be! Thank you Grace for making every morning more enjoyable!

Great coffee, has a bit of taste. Great Portuguese tarts and selection of Danish pastries. Slightly dark premises.
No newspapers to read except two day old ones, service very slow even though it was quite quiet! And coffee was poor. This place has gone downhill since it opened a year or so ago! One to avoid!!
We come here often as they do the best coffee around. They make my coffee exactly as I like it (a small but strong Americano). Love the Portuguese tarts as well. Staff are always friendly.
