No need to book a table. I visited for lunch and was greeted well. I found the service a bit strange in that the order was written on your place mat and the food isn’t brought out altogether, just as it’s ready. We switched servers half way through and the second one was poor. She didn’t smile once and we had to chase the dessert menu several times after she accidentally brought out the bill. There was no apology.The food was good on the whole. The mains came out quickly and were of an excellent quality. The chicken was juicy. The rice and noodles were nice. I didn’t like the sesameice cream with dessert, and the coating was rather chewy. The raspberry tasted like perfume, although the coconut was good.The restaurant was noisy due to the open planned kitchen and long benches. Everything was clean. There was a cracked window taped and the toilets were cramped.I was disappointed with the portion size of dessert. The value was good, but there is no loyalty scheme and there are never any special offers.
