Wanted a wee place that was not a chain or franchise and found it pretty much by accident, just went walking. Anyway, not too big well laid out, clean tidy, good service, friendly staff. Food not extensive on the menu but plenty to wet your appetite and tastes great. Kitchen area is visible from at the back of the restaurant so you can see what is being cooked and how, very clean and well prepared. Music in the background but not intrusive at all, just nice. I had the Guvec, never had it before, and my wife had the Mouzaka, really really nice and authentic, so tasty. The dcor of the restaurant was really nice, gold coloured, chandeliers, tiled floor, very tastefully done. Easy access from the street so no bother if you a using a wheelchair or have difficulty walking. toilets are on the same floor as the restaurant, clean and tidy. Will be on the list to go next time we head for Liverpool. Trust me, you’ll love it – not just Turkish food by the way, does other Mediterranean dishes.
