Very good value, delicious food and friendly staff! Have been here three times, two of which were absolutely delicious. The portions are big and very fresh and they do really good chilli sauce of you ask for it with your meal. Last time I went I ordered the halloumi salad but it wasn’t as tasty and well seasoned as usual – I added a bit of salt which I don’t usually do. It was extremely busy so hoping this was just a minor blip. The juices here are enough to lure anyone back though – especially the apple, lime and mint one! Will definitely visit again.

My friend and I went on a day trip to Liverpool and stumbled upon Bakchich while aimlessly walking down Bold Street. With both of us having grown up in the Middle East, we couldn’t say no to having lunch here!It was so refreshing to stumble upon a Lebanese restaurant. For drinks, I ordered a Lime, Lemon & Mint and my friend ordered an Apple and Ginger drink. My drink was so refreshing and tasted just like home! It was really nice to have a good ol’ Lemon, Lime & Mint in the UK. For starters we shared a Hummus Beiruti, a portion of rice and we ordered our own shawarmas for the main course. I had a chicken shawarma which was delicious. The hummus was a delight too although the taste was slightly different to what I’m used to!Overall, I was impressed with Bakchich. I’d definitely consider coming back for a meal if I visit Liverpool again!
