Amazing!! We went there for lunch today and the food was incredible! Yes the service was a little slow, but the food was well worth it! We are from canada and this was the best restaurant we have been to since we got to Liverpool. Highly recommend!
It was an awful experience I went in with three others and the food took over an hour to arrive when it did the food was very boring almost tasteless the next thing I did was pour vinigar on my chips what came out was not vinigar it was a brown jelly I complained and my meal was free but the service was not very good so I won’t go again
Don’t go to this restaurant. Starter was ok, but left before the main course as the food took so long to arrive, even though it was a Monday evening and a handfull of customers. Staff seemed uninterested and the bar area was dirty. Staff made no attempt to apologise and even got a sarcastic remark from chef on way out.
Really disappointed! Food was the worst I have had in Bella italia. The service also was absolutely dreadful – very slow.
What I’d expected, good service good food. A little impersonal lacked that personal touch. Which is a shame!
