Excellent decor inside and the staff are very friendly, our waiter Matty was very nice and efficient. We were seated very quick and the service was great. Our food was tasty and hot which is all you can ask the place has a great atmosphere.
I came here to try the place out and I have to say I was very disappointed. The food was bland and I have not been back since. Service was fine. However there are much better American-style restaurants in Liverpool.
After a full day out sight seeing we were in need of some good food. As we where staying by Buffalo Jacks we decided to eat there. It was amazing, the food was brilliant and the staff were attentive. Will be coming back for you.
Just arrived home from a great meal at Buffalo Jacks! I enjoyed the Notorious Jack burger followed by one of their speciality shakes. Faye and Jake were both friendly and welcoming, and their service was top notch. 🙂
