As the name suggests, pizza is Crust's star dish, with over 30 varieties all cooked in an open kitchen on a rotating Marana - the Rolls-Royce of authentic Italian wood fire pizza ovens. The restaurant also focuses on Italy's other classic plate - pasta - with all those carbs being washed down with a large selection of crafts beers, local and from across Europe & the world. Vegetarians and Vegans are well catered for and you can customize your own perfect pizza. All pizzas can be made using organic, five grain, or a special black dough - as well as range of pizzas to cater for Gluten free diets. 8 varieties of home-made lemonades, cocktails, wines & spirits are also available.
