Welcome to FU: Europe's first dedicated baijiu bar.. We are a family-run cosy cocktail bar serving fusion dim sum in Liverpool city centre. Our menu features a broad selection of spirits from around the world, as well as a unique artisan cocktail list, offbeat craft beers and handpicked house wines.
