Merchants is a new Liverpool bar and restaurant, set within a former bank and Grade II-listed building opposite the QEII Law Courts and close to Liverpool One. There is a split-level restaurant that can seat up to 90 diners, a lounge, private dining facilities for 20 people and a 20-bed boutique hotel. Open from Monday to Saturday, 12 noon to 10pm, the varied menu caters to all tastes, ranging from small plates to larger classic dishes, along with a varied grill section.
