Amazing. First time here today and most deffinatly be returning. Food was varied and delicious, service was prompt and attentive. Price was very reasonable.
Great food, lots of selection!
The food is resonable and a good price. And I liked how you can visit the live stations and watch your food being cooked. The only bad thing I can say is that the restruant was rammed and the plates weren’t cleared away that fast, but other than that, a great meal!
Overated. Decor is nice, buffet layout is well thought out but food wise is not great at all. I like the idea of having the live counters, but I think it was very bland. A lot of the meat selection was either dry or not much there. Chinese food was awful and Indian food is average. sweet selection is decent. The service was rather poor. Too overrated for me considering peoples recommendations.
First time today and the food is great. Very busy place but that’s for a reason. Would definitely return and price is fair as well.
Big dissapointment. Very cramped… food not that great, indian food was cold as if its been sat there for a while. tried other dishes & 2 0r 3 of them was just ok but the rest was tasteless worst of all even the pizza was disgusting.for 13.99 definitely not worth it, been to other buffet places far better & cheaper. drinks 1.75 for a small coke which is half of a half pint & 2.99 for a slight bigger than a half pint.. (rip off)desert section was good although the choice isnt that vast coz they have same choices twice.clean & nice decorated place but thats about it.service : terrible the waiter push slided a glass on our table while we were sat on table also taking plates without asking. BEWARE: they charge service charge on the bill if more than 5 people, dont know why service charge is for because you help your selves.i still dont mind paying a tip but only if i get good service and i dont believe in charging without advising customers in advance.overall: a dissapointing experience..
The war`s over!!!. Booked a table at this place on Friday 20th May.A queue of about 50 people filled the restaurant enterance – all had a booking some had already waited an hour.A bouncer held the queue at the bottom of the stairs while a chap with a clipboard called out the occasional name. After checking the restaurant had our booking,we waited patiently for the return of clipboard man. After 10 minutes the chap had not re-appeared so we left this shambles behind and had a pleasant meal at the Italian restaurant across the road.(Which seems to be doing quite well from those unwilling to wait an hour for a table booked in advance at Red Hot) Not my idea of fun on a Friday night.
