We are a boutique bakery where every pastry, cake, bread and bun are made by hand. They may not look perfect and can be smooth, rough, slightly lopsided, not exactly the same size but each one has its own individuality, hence our name; "Rough Hand Made". Inspired by experiences in different countries, we have created our own recipes and products influenced from different cultures. We dont compromise and use the finest ingredients, only the good stuff. We bake every day, for the same day so every product you buy and taste is at its best. (Anything left at the end of the day goes to local charities). As everything is prepared and baked on the premises, many times you will be able to buy from the baking tray straight from the oven. We have designed our shop so you can see us working and baking, turning raw materials into the finest products.
