Rock on – this is the business. Serious cooking at Brighton’s finest new restaurant. My expertly grilled steak had me hooked from the delicious first mouthful. If you’re in the area and fancy a fine nosh up then this is for you. Spread the word.
Fantastic Grill – Just Opened!. I visited the Coal Shed, by chance, on it’s opening night and being a real foodie I was excited to try somewhere new. I would highly recommend a visit to The Coal Shed. The atmosphere is very relaxed and warm – partly reflected by the decor and partly by the owner’s approach. The food speaks for itself. You must try the 9 spiced lamb chops, the Rib Eye (I had it with Harissa butter), the chips are incredible (being married to a Dutch man I consider myself quite the connoisseur), as are their own version of the baked beans. But the best bit about the meal – the incredible value.We shall be making a trip down from London in the next couple of weeks especially to eat at The Coal Shed again.
