About
We serve contemporary English fine dining food sourced locally. However, we take this to the next level by actually visiting the local producers so we can tell the stories behind the food, where it comes from and how it is grown. These visits are the base for building the menu, which is inspired by individual seasonal ingredients seen on these trips. We are now starting to grow some of our own herbs, fruits and vegetables. We also aim to break down the traditional barrier that usually exists in fine dining between the diners and the chefs. We believe that by putting the chefs in the centre of it all, preparing the food in front of diners, interacting with them and introducing dishes, a more interactive environment is created for the diners. The pace set by the chefs creates a more lively, vibrant and casual atmosphere, but with no compromise to the quality of the food. These food events at Isaac At offer so much more than a standard restaurant experience; they are an event lasting all evening and something that will be remembered even longer.
