Kindling Restaurant is located on East Street in the heart of Brighton Lanes and moments from the seafront and famous Brighton Pier. At Kindling we have a mission to change the way we eat, with "Good food, done well". Our menu is kind to the environment and good for the soul, sticking to minimal waste where we can, with a focus on plant-based dishes alongside ethical meat and sustainable fish.
