We run a Market stall on Saturdays and Tuesdays in Saffron Walden with also our famous Seafood bar coming out on Saturdays where people can sit down and have some seafood with a glass of wine. Through out the week we run our smokehouse with all in house and homegrown produce from the whole raw state to the finished cooked article. We prepare a range of superb fish and seafood including kippers, haddock, hot-roast salmon, mackerel and buckling.
