if your thinking of ordering from here both me and my partner would strongly recommend against it. we received bad attitude from staff memebers on the phone when placing our order for no apparent reason. we skipped over it and put it down to they must have been busy or rushed…. after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes we called them only to find that they had not even set out with our food as they were confused by what milkshakes we had ordered. there had been no attempt to call us and we had already tried calling them once earlier at the one hour mark. i explained that this wasnt acceptable and asked what they would be doing to resolve the problem and instead of responding the phone was hung up!!! DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
