The refurbished 19th century dining room is decorated with designer wallpaper, fresh flowers and artworks by local artist Caroline Ashwood, and Head Chef Richard Bayliss has created a superb English menu. Favourites include the maple syrup glazed pork belly with confit tomatoes and baby gem, and the butter poached lemon sole with chive mash, asparagus and caviar cream.
