How do you define a good kebab? It’s good, simply. Now, how do you define a *really* good kebab? It’s when you keep it in your backpack for 2h, then move it to the fridge for 24h, reheat it in the microwave and it still has an amazing punch that amazes you how great it tastes. The Mangal has probably the best kebab I have ever eaten. Period.
