Fantastic place. Food: hit and miss.. The atmosphere and idea behind this place is excellent. It’s laid back, cool, quirky and comfortable and a good night out at the weekends too, with really friendly bar staff if you’re lucky. However, I have twice had the peppered steak pie and found it to be fatty inside and really unappetising. athe food has definitely gone downhill in the last couple of years. Stick to the burgers and sandwiches or just the excellent range of drinks and you’ll be happy.
