I love a sunday roast, and whats even better is sunday roast on tap! I love going to tobys its nice for a last minute family get together. Very satisfactory way to end a long week.
This is an above average Toby Carvery, not the best but still very good. The wait staff are always polite and friendly and the manager and customer service are excellent. Occasionally we come into contact with a carver with a bad attitude but let’s forgive them because they are hot and tired id imagine. The food generally is good, the beef is hit or miss and I’d love to see more green vegetables, especially in the winter when there’s a sea of orange and beige. There’s a big disabled toilet that didn’t get refurbished when everything else did and needs completely ripping out. It had a resident fly. One of the best things is the crumbles don’t have gluten in them! I like em! It’s generally clean and a good cheap dinner. You can’t ask for more for 6.50 for two courses!
