Deliciousness in every bite! First time trying this fried chicken and it was very satisfying. Good value for money and quick service. We ordered the large skillet, boneless tenders and the spicy chicken wrap. Enjoyed everything, plus their dipping sauces!
Overpriced. 8 for fried chicken that is no different to your local chicken shop at 2.99. Just a chicken shop for the pretentious. Your paying for the ambience and location rather than the quality or taste of the food. Won’t be going again as don’t see the point.
Was here only for the donut sandwich… and it was brilliant!! As Joey would put it… donuts goood, ice cream gooood, cream goood!What’s not to love in smooth creamy and just the right amount of cold ice cream sandwiched between soft well made donuts, covered in mildly sweetened cream! There’s also a drizzling of chocolate sauce and a cherry on top!! This is one of the best desserts I have had.. was totally worth hunting down the place and changing 2 buses to get here. Totally recommended!
This experiance was something, and worth trying. First time I’ve ever had Waffles as a main meal, order the waffle burger and Korean fries. The burger is REALLY BIG vomes in 2 slices, I strongly advise if u are with someone and ain’t very hungry to slit it between each other. The first slice was very nice with a unique taste, however 2 the second slice just made you sick and was too filling. The Korean fried were really cool and different. Was a bit pricey but worth the experience. Staff were cool but food took a while, seating werent great for large groups. Overall weren’t a great experiance, pricey but worth trying. Won’t be coming back. Probably better waffle restaurants. MR
This place wasn’t the worst neither was it the best, me and my friends went for a light lunch. I had the boneless tender chicken and I did finish it all because the sauce they gave it with was amazing the chicken was dry by itself and had no flavour. I also bought the korean chips which had a special chilli sauce and cheese over it with chilli ontop and it tasted exactly like spicehut chips wasn’t overly fascinated by the food here 🙁
Bird, as you can guess serves meals of the poultry variety. Think American style deepfried chicken, waffles and maple syrup in and you’re set. It delivers what it says. I had varying cheese style sauces with mine, which personally was different. All in all, an alright casual feed
There is a hype for this restaurant. Considering I am a huge fan of Fried Chicken I thought why not!They don’t serve milkshakes which really sucks because you need a milkshake alongside your fried chicken!Mains – 3/51. Chicken Wings BBQ Spicy – This was really nice. The wings were served hot in temperature and the sauce was amazing! 4/52. Chicken & Waffles – A desert waffle filled with fried chicken pieces and maple syrup on the side. The dish itself was tasty. I found the chicken was a big chicken leaving lots of plain meat without fried skin to accompany it. The skin itself too was quite bland and boring. The worst part was the dish was actually luke warm and not hot as I would have liked it in temperature. An overall 2.5/53. Korean Fries – These were nice and cheesy and spicy. Just fries at the end of the day. 3/54. Korean Salad – This was a handful pieces of sliced cucumber in pickle sauce? Weird, I know. 2/5Atmosphere – 2/5American diner style, nothing wow. 2/5Service – 2/5Service was average, nothing above and beyond. Not tip worthy in other words. 2.5/5Value for money – 3/5Paid 40 for 2. Considering it was mains, and 3 sides. Not breaking the bank but for the quality of the food and experience nothing more than 3/5Would I go back? NO.
