This was the first time I had chicken and waffles and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The waffles were light and crispy and soft inside, and the chicken crispy and not greasy at all. I doused the waffles in maple syrup because I love that sweet salty combination, and I think you can also order extra bacon. It also comes with a sort of whipped butter which you can spread on your waffles.Washed down with a beer and with a side of pickles, I’d gladly come back again. Perfect hangover food.
