I have tried many of the items from the ELJ menu. My particular food favourite is the Vegan waffles which are GF waffles with coconut butter, maple syrup, cashews, cinnamon, banana and coconut – they are seriously tasty and seriously filling! I also love the chocolate mylkshake. It is really delicious and helps to give me a lift in energy. The staff are all friendly too and very helpful in deciding what to have! It is a really cool place that is working to sustainably produce it’s own ingredients. A must visit 🙂
