Goose Island is a Chicago based brewery founded in 1988, who have been brewing great beer and sharing it with fellow beer lovers around the world ever since. Our Brewpub, opened October 2018, is the first Goose Island Brewpub in Europe & we're dedicated to serving up the freshest beer in London. The menu is focused upon the classic tastes of Chicago with tavern-style thin crust pizzas, Chicago buns & sliders, as well as plenty of tasty sides like chicken wings and chips, cheese & gravy. At the end of the pub is our state of the art brewery, lead by Head Brewer Andrew & supported by Assistant Brewer, Jack. They've been tasked with dreaming up innovative and unique beers and bringing them to life in our onsite brewery. We look forward to welcoming you to our new Brewpub.
