Absolutely love this place, the vibe is great and the atmosphere is lively. I normally dined there on Sunday’s as they spin live neo-soul music from the decks behind. The service is jolly and helpful. They serve a real mean batch of spicy nachos, apart from that there’s nothing too fancy on the menu , just your regular comfort food but again the vibe and atmosphere really makes it stand out from the other bars in the area

Cozy bar, reasonable food, good price Juno is one of many cool little bars in Shoreditch. Quirky interior with great old leather couches up the back to add a homely feel, and grafitti art all over the walls. By night it is a super busy bar and can be one of your many stops around Shoreditch on a night out. They do your usual cocktails for around 7 pound as well as some pretty reasonably priced wines at 5 pound. We came here for a quick, cheap meal on the way home and as it was the least busy out of all of the Shoreditch bars we stopped in here. The menu has the usual array of bar type meals – from nachos to burgers to a few salads. All in all something for everyone. I ordered a chicken and avocado burger which was pretty good. Nothing too extraordinary but still nothing to complain about. My friend ordered a falafel wrap which she said was good too. We also shared some sweet potato fries between us. These whilst expensive for a very small portion (4.5 pound) were probably the best sweet potato fries I have ever eaten. Beautifully seasoned, cooked to perfection and served with plenty of sour cream! The atmosphere was very relaxed, like sitting on the couch at home and they had some great New Zealand music playing! All in all the food was good, it came out quickly, the waitress was friendly and it was reasonably cheap. The big question – would you come back? Yes most likely at some point for a relaxed drink and a snack!

Amazing brunch during the weekend (and quite cheap compared to what you see around Shoreditch)I had eggs royals (my favourite) and a bloody Mary and my boyfriend had a breakfast burrito. Ideal for the Saturday’s Hungover!Juno is quiet and has a really chill out atmosphere with the comfy sofas and nice art pieces on the walls. The service is quick and the staff is lovely.Exactly what we needed at that time! I recommend! Can’t tell about night time as I never experienced this venue during the evening.

Juno is such a great little bar, and one that for some reason gets overlooked, at least, compared to the others on the Shoreditch High Street strip.I know the whole area has a laid back vibe compared with the glossy bars in the West End – Shoreditch is known for stripped back brick walls and purposefully shabby decor. But Juno really is relaxed, without even trying. It’s just a nice place to hang out. But while you’re there, don’t just lounge around – make sure to grab a bite to eat, as they do some really good food too!I had nachos – some of the best nachos I’ve ever had. They do not skimp – not on tortilla chips nor toppings. Plenty of cheese, sour cream, and most importantly for me – jalapenos. They plump their salsa on top of beans and corn and it makes a very filling meal, or ideal sharing plate if you want something else as well. My friends had some plantain chips with paprika – not just chunks of fried plantain like I had expected but thinly sliced, crunchy crisps, like potato chips. Sound odd? Well, it works. One of them also had the beetroot salad with kale, goats’ cheese and pumpkin seeds with a honey balsamic dressing. It looked fantastic for a salad – healthy but filling and I was assured it was as tasty as it looked. They have a happy hour serving basic cocktails on a two for 10 basis until 7 pm, or you can get jugs of cocktails, or two wines for the price of one. jaminaward.wixsite.com

Very well located, this restaurant is however a little dark inside. I found that the atmosphere was a little weird, I have not liked.Regarding the food, I took one of the burgers, not bad but not great! However, the fries were very good and the other good thing is that this place accepts tastecard so you can come in two and pay only one meal!Another positive point is the small terrace outside the restaurant with two wooden tables that allow to smoke a cigarette quietly or enjoy the weather while drinking a beer …

Juno. On walking past this bar I noticed the cool ‘street art’ style on the walls and decided to give it a go! There was a few of us and it was a weekend so we couldn’t get a table for a while as it was busy, but after speaking to one of the extremely helpful members of staff they managed to grab us somewhere as quick as they could. They have a great selection of rums and the cocktails were lovely. Everyone in our party said they will be returning, and I have now booked the downstairs basement bar for my birthday in a few weeks, great place

This bar is a gem for us in Shoreditch. My boyfriend and I often find ourselves stumbling to the Chesterfield couches on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon already nursing a hangover when the only answer is hair of the dog and a big lunch! Juno delivers this perfectly. We have both always been big fans of their burgers, which are, quite frankly delicious, and more recently they have began to run weekly specials, which too are always really, really good.
