Loved Redemption Bar! They serve a full vegan menu with so many amazing sounding options. I had the maki rolls platter, zucchini pasta con pesto, asparagus black rice risotto, baked sweet potato and sumac. The meals were so full of flavour, my favourites were the asparagus black rice risotto and the baked sweet potato. Just perfect. I topped it off with the redemption royale drink and a slice of their cheesecake – perfect meal! I highly recommend it.
