Santo Remedio is inspired by Mexico's neighbourhood eateries called Taquerias and Fondas, where market produce is used to create seasonal dishes & family recipes are often passed down through the generations. The intimate dining room will have an open kitchen and a communal table, with a stripped back look and Mexican touches. The upstairs bar will pay homage to Mexico's classic cantinas.
