Went here Friday night and found a massive hair in my food actually cooked into the batter of the wings (not the hair colour of any of the group I was with). I took it up quietly to let them know and was shouted at and the guy actually flicked the box on the counter at me! Customer service and food was disgusting I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!
Poor customer service & many mistakes made i ordered 6 wings and was given 10 I ordered half pounder burger with cheese and was given a burger without cheese customer server then argued with me about and did not apologise
The chicken is really greasy and I was intentionally short changed on the amount of chicken I received.I was charged for 8 pieces and they only put 6 greasy dregs in the box, there was only 6 left by the time the guy had prioritised 3 of his friends. It’s really not the pace to go into unless your friends withe the guy working there.
