There’s no shortage of selection for decent Vietnamese fodder along this strip of Kingsland Road as everyone knows. Have tried them all and this is my favourite for Pho. The broth is rich and full of umami and the noodles have a great consistency. Yesterday I tried the Beef wrapped in Betal leaves with rice paper and salad… highly recommend that too! Its not a fancy place and always packed so don’t go there for the service. If you want good food at a reasonable price with BYOB then look no further! Miso satisfied! misohungry.blog
A BYO Vietnamese restaurant with ample room for parties of all sizes…including drunken stag dos, or so was the case when I visited. I was far from sober myself, and was no angel either, but such is the norm in a place like this. It would difficult to divorce this place from its lively atmosphere, so it’s not for the faint hearted. However, despite the Friday night, high street revellers, the food is decent and the staff go about their business with admirable tolerance levels. Value wasn’t bad either, especially with the BYO policy. One to make note of if the above sounds like your typical weekend activity! londoncurryblog.com
