However, walk through the doors and youll find that theres more to this road side boozer than meets the eye Since 2017 The Dolphin has been run by Landlord George, a food and drink obsessed Southerner, along with his team of professional bar keeps and cutting edge chefs. Our food menu is our baby. Years of experience, months of preparing, countless cook days, lots of swearing, broken plates and broken morales all lead to our first menu launch. However, we knew we could do better, so we started again.
