The Great Moguls in Burslem isn’t going to win any awards for its extremely dated decor, and unfortunately this could be off putting to potential customers. However, while ’60 minute makeovers’ maybe welcomed for an appearance, Gordon Ramsey certainly is not – as the ‘Butter Chicken’ dish – a firm, traditional, inoffensive favourite that is often done averagely elsewhere – simply rules.Delicious chicken, beautifulsauce and all with that warming, cosy naan bread to dip in. As a bonus, the staff are very friendly, upbeat and full of life. An exceptional – and very tasty – dining experience. Open until late, as one famous Austrian said give or take one word – ‘you’ll be back!’
Great Moguls is the best Indian restaurant in Stoke on Trent I have eaten there since it opened and have gone on to take my family there to it is the only Indian my daughter will go to. Food is amazing and nothing is to much trouble for the staff I would recommend moguls to anyone .

Living in Burslem for three years I have the choice of Indian takeaways and have always used moguls. I can categorically say I will never return after my recent experience. Firstly they tried to rip me off, charging me full price as opposed to takeaway price. Until requested otherwise.No poppadoms for the first time ever.Guy that served us spoke to me like I was taking the piss for ordering two mains and only one naan ( we are a health conscious couple)Not to mention my dupiaZa onions were raw and my partners korma looked like the inside of a toddlers nappy and was watery.Chicken in both meals was dry and unappatising. WOULDN’T RECCOMEND! I’ll be using anywhere but in the future out of principle.
Very warm and friendly service. Great food fast with cooking your meal not very expensive. I don’t go anywhere else for my curry chicken tikka masala chip boiled rice and nan yum xxx great staff xxx
Great great restaurant open late ideal after a night out and great service, cheese garlic bread is the best!! Quality food for a low price, can order to pick up which is also handy, well worth going out to pick up rather than getting a delivery.
