My wife suggested we visit here, and I thought just another caf. I was wrong. Yes they do breakfasts, sandwiches and paninis, but many of the combinations are original and the quality is superior to most other cafs. Yolks are golden, bacon is fat and flavourful and the Cumberland sausages are fat, full of flavour and home made. After tasting this, I take issue with another comment that they may be better to stick to being a tea shop. Why should they deprive us of their lovely food? The teas by the way are served in a random variety of pots and teacups which I think is a nice eccentric touch. The tea follows the one for each person and one for the pot recipe. My wife made the comment that she really enjoyed her panini, and particularly the vinaigrette that accompanied the salad. Already planning our next visit to tie in with a trip to the Odeon around the corner.
