Met friends for lunch here to celebrate a birthday. The pub is located on a busy intersection in South Woodford (close to the cinema) and has ample outdoor seating – for those summer beer garden moments.A nice selection of drinks are available including craft beers, ample wines and fruit ciders. The food menu is typical pub fare with a somewhat American twist.We ordered a selection of tapas (three for 9), pulled pork nachos and fish cakes. All dishes were tasty but the food has no ‘wow factor’ and nothing sets it apart from any other pub in the area. It must be noted that portions are of a good size though service is somewhat slow. outandaboutuae.net
