I just moved to South Woodford and am really happy to try this place and will be coming back very often! I had the chicken katsu and yellowail with peppers and coriandor (like yellowtail with jalapeno – not on all menus!) and both were great. Yellowtail is always expensive but it was really just as good as I’ve had in top sushi restaurants. Would be great if you could order online. Hope they do well as the good really is good!!
Spotted this little place from the tube coming into South Woodford and as I’ve just moved nearby wanted to check it out at my earliest opportunity! I popped in yesterday to merely get a takeaway menu, but ended up ordering some mixed sushi – it was delicious. Lovely and fresh, and perfect temperature (not of that ice cold rubbish that supermarkets sell). This was really good. I’m already looking forward to the next trip! The lady who served us had rather limited English but I think she said they’d only been there for 3 months; so I hope they get lots of support to make the business work; I for one will be a regular!!
