Amazing asian fusion! The chicken wings was my favourite because of the soy based sauce. It was interesting to see some grapes in the dish but it was a perfect balance, a nice pop of refreshing taste. The pork in the bao was so tender it just melts in your mouth and i love how it’s not too fatty. The place is so hip, friendly staff. A bit on the pricey side but would definitely come back! watthafork.wixsite.com

Great place to experience some nice Korean fusion small plates. We didn’t try any of the mains but they sounded fantastic. We did get a good sample of the a small plates. I’m such a sucker for a good bao and I was throughly impressed by this one. The pork bao was soft and succulent and one of the highlights for me on the menu. The fried chicken came in a close second. Their soy seasoning (i think) was salty but sweet and just devine. I also tried their kimchi pancake (with mozeralla cheese!) And I think that was their only let down really. It didn’t taste of kimchi enough for me unfortunately. I’m hoping to return again soon. I highly recommend booking as this place gets busy quick!

I loved going to Bo Drake for a refreshing take on Asian fusion cuisine. B Drake combines everything I love about Asian food, from the sweetness of the pickled kimchi to the succulent seafood, with the rustic smoky flavor of European barbeque. Before I even talk about the food we enjoyed, I have to mention the quality of the service. From the moment my friend and I entered the restaurant, we were greeted with smiling, friendly faces. We were promptly seated at a cozy table, and really made to feel welcome. Our server went above and beyond to ensure that we were enjoying ourselves. The portion sizes were perfect, and so incredibly tasty. We started with appetizers, the KFC Korean Fried Chicken was tender and juicy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The sticky glaze of soy garlic, grapes, and rosemary added the right amount of sweetness. We split the pork belly bao, a piece for each of us, and the pickled cucumber and soy glazed peanuts brought the dish up a notch. For our mains, we tried the smoked rib stack, which was smoked with a sweet chestnut wood and covered in an Asian inspired BBQ sauce. These ribs were unlike any Ive had before, and were cooked to perfection. We then had the Sirloin Tataki, in which the meat has been aged for 35 days, and served with ponzu, truffled shitake, and tofu cream. Magnificent!I couldnt pass up dessert, and opted for the sesame oil soft serve ice cream, which was rich and delicious, with a hint of nuttiness from the toasted sesame seeds on top. B Drake came highly recommended to me, and now I highly recommend it!

Korean fusion and a little more, Bo Drake is a nice establishment in central Soho. Walk ins accepted, it has an eclectic mix of food. We started off with cocktails as they do have a nice selection, and sampled the variety of dishes, tapas style. I rated the japche and baos which were delicious. It’s a great venue, and the food is decent, however in my opinion a little too dear in comparison to the level of dishes served.

I believe that Bo Drake is suffering from a bit of an identity crisis. I walked away underwhelm and confused. Maybe it’s hayday has passed. Went for a date night and had the KFC, Bo Ssam and Rib Stack. I guess our fault for being too meat heavy. The meat portions were larger than expected. The food was great but not amazing.

Excellent place in Soho. Visited twice and both times was great. We tried the Wagu and Sirloin. Tasty food and great inventive cocktails, we sat at the bar and tried the big smoke, a signature cocktail. Service was quick and friendly. Will be coming back to try more.
