I came for a students’ night and had a pretty good time. I loved the DJ, and the space was decently big though completely packed. The crowd was, obviously, all students except for one bachelorette party, so everyone was have great time. Aside from good music, nothing stood out too much. Coat check was poorly handled; the line took an hour and the girl often gave back the wrong coats only to have to dig through and try her luck until she found the right one. Also, I’m pretty sure the drinks were heavily watered down, such an annoyance. It’s not bad for a night out, but if the cover is expensive, don’t bother.
Bar Rumba is located in Chinatown, which is just a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus station. The music here is mainly R&B with a bit of commercial Pop thrown into the mix. The drinks are reasonably priced and cocktails are about 7. The age group is normally 20-30 year olds and the atmosphere is very upbeat. If you like to dance the night away then Bar Rumba is the place for you.
I visited this bar/club near Piccadilly Circus with friends after work. Bar Rumba is a bar near Piccadilly Circus. I have been here twice and both times where pretty good. They play a mix of music mainly RnB and Pop. Their drinks are reasonably priced and the atmosphere and the crowd was great.
Hi there guys,Out of all the clubs in central London, this has to be one of my favourites. Firstly, the location is ideal, as it is only a few minutes’ walk from both Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus Station. Once we entered the club, we got ourselves a few drinks and we weren’t made to wait too long either, which was somewhat surprising and quite nice! We managed to find a few couches with our friends so we could chat and drink for a bit. My only complaint here is that the seating areas were quite dirty with half empty glasses of drink and rubbish and the night hadn’t really begun yet! Nevertheless, the club itself was very lively and busy, the songs they were playing were all great to dance to and we ended up having a really nice time, dancing till the early hours of the morning.It managed to definitely outshine many of the more infamous London clubs and I had a really great night. I expect to return there very shortly and I will continue encouraging people to go here. If you are looking for a night to go a bit mad and dance till you drop with good music with a great atmosphere, Bar Rumba is the place to go!
