Highly touristic branch of the popular US chain of restaurants. Food was ok and on a par with the other restaurants of this chain worldwide. The real let down is the level of staffing is appalling which means getting attention to order or get the bill or add to an order was very challenging. The staff did their best I think but there’s only so much they can manage.The main plus point here is its super super close to the Prince of Wales theatre (we’re talking 15 places away) so if you’re going there… It might be a good option.In summary though, if you’re in this area, there are better dining options unless you’re absolutely hankering for their food..
