Never go to this place if you ever visit the Oxford street area. Their customer service is among the worst we have experienced in our life. (And I never write reviews so this is significantly bad.) They were talking behind our back (in a foreign language) for no apparent reason, and when got called out, gave the dirtiest looks. When we tried talking to the owner/manager, the waitress tried screaming over us, cussing and insulting us when we were leaving. Trust me, do not bother.
OW MY GOD!!!!! TERIBLE!!! Dreadful pastries, burned coffee, unpleasant staff. They are flashing their pastries on display to attract customers but when you try them its a completely different experience, they were dry and old, probably reheated in microwave. The coffee was burned, overheated milk and bitter. The tables outside were moving (unstable) and stunk grease, YES THE TABLES STUNK!!!. They dont accept card payments, which I understand, but you need to inform your customers prior they order, or display a visible sign which states CASH ONLY !! and don ask your customers to go to the atm to get cash. At the and they had the guts to add 12,5 % of service charge WHAT A JOKE !!! and when I refused to pay it ,fact that they did not like, they almost throw the change on my table without any thank you. You have to earn the service charge and not just adding it to the bill expecting your customers to pay for it!!!!. Terrible experience, waste of money, will never go again.
