The place is great. Certainly looks the part with a nice bar upstairs then with a pretty awesome downstairs area too you can’t go wrong. Great place to start the night. The food here is decent and comes at a reasonable price. I have done cocktail making here too which was pretty good! studdedkissesblog.co.uk

Walking into Grace on a Friday night, you might be lured into thinking this place is actually good- people are enjoying their drinks, the music is blasting and some people are even dancing… walk a little further into the dining room area and you’ll find misled tourists or misguided locals thinking that the food could be half-decent. Based on our experience, it’s not. Grace is a bar; they seem to manage to get that part right though its garishness is not really my thing, but under no circumstances should it pretend to also be a restaurant. The food here is no better than the microwaved slop you get served at those terrible chain pubs/bars, but at least in those places there isn’t the ‘classy decor’ surcharge. Greasy pork belly bites and calamari were both adequately fried and showered with chillis- if you had to resort to anything from the menu, these would be it. They’ll soak up the booze nicely if you find you’re starting to sway a little. For the pork belly ribs you get the whole rack boiled to death and drowned in Jack Daniels barbeque sauce, no doubt straight from the bottle. The spicy slaw is your usual mass produced rubbish sprinkled with some weird seasoning which was not spicy at all. However, at least it was edible unlike the burger. The patty was so dry and tasteless I’d consider it a choking hazard and when they say ‘toasted brioche’ they mean cold, stale bun. And just to get the full effect, I ordered a dessert- the chocolate fondant. Now we’ve all seen masterchef, some of you may have even made one at home before… they take around 12-14 minutes for that oozy centre. Mine arrived within 5 minutes of ordering, but I guess it doesn’t take long in the microwave… it was at least chocolatey and tasty.I won this dinner for two- it’s always nice to have a free meal, but as always honesty is the best policy! connieconsumes.com

Very Disappointed. The restaurant was dirty and the staff saw us come in but did not acknowledge us for 20mins before we eventually walked out. Can’t comment on the food/drinks because we were never served. I would not recommend this place. ***the restaurant was pretty empty and there was at least 6 staff just talking amongst themselves.
