I can never eat indian food anywhere else. My wife and a friend and i were in London and wanted to try some Indian food. we found this place. it made my previous experience with Indian food seem like i completely failed in our restaurant choices! every time im back in the area i will make it a point to stop in and have dinnerour server was the best. making jokes, suggestions, and exceeding our expectations!
Dropped in last night Sat 7.30 no reservation. Guys absolutely wonderful fitted us in ten minutes later, had our favourite order noted and drinks order discussed. We have never been made so welcome or enjoyed our meals so much. This is our ‘have to come to’ indian from now on. Staff 10/10, food amazing 10/10. Thank you so much.

Good stuff,GoldenOven. My partner and I had a great meal here. We’ve been battling Soho for good food, and finally won the battle. Marvellous food, including heavenly nans, fiery mains,and gorgeous sides (loved the chutney). I enjoyed the 500ml Indian lager too. Friendly service and a delightful restaurant.
Fantastic Meal. This place is fantastic. This was our second meal there and again the food was awesome. The service is personal. Value for money is definitely their and the relaxed atmosphere is the making of a romantic evening. Upgraded the house bottle of wine to a superb Rioja. This is an evening experience rather than just a meal. Will definitely be going back. Thumbs up, do yourself a favour and get booked in worth a try.
BEST CURRY IN SOHO. We had a great meal at The golden oven in soho. The food was fantastic – best chicken tikka chat puri I’ve ever had! The main meal i had was bengal chicken tikka naga (hot dish) an balti lamb passanda, A really inviting place with a good atmosphere and pleasant service from Ali. I would definitely recommend.
Group From Dublin. Went into The Golden Oven in Soho during the royal wedding holidays, very impressed with the whole evening. The staff, were brilliant and knowledgeable also quick to check with the chef when we said we had both nut and onion allergy sufferers dining. The food was fantastic, tasted very fresh, on a whole it was a great dining experience. Will visit again when back in London. (Group form Dublin).
