Excellent experience. My companion and I went to Waterloo Bar and Kitchen for pre-theatre meal. The service was impeccable, the food was excellent. The waiter mis-heard my order – I had ordered the cod without the accompanying bacon bits. When the meal came, I returned it and the Manager came over deeply apologetic, saying that she would prefer the dish anew, especially for me. Thereafter, she deducted the price of my dessert, saying she hoped it made amends for their error. All together, I would definitely recommend this restaurant: the food was modern, delicious and beautifully presented. Obviously, their expectations for impeccable service are to be envied..
